why we wait till servers back? also you are not mention time of servers back my all earnings going into loss you are not doing good with your customers

Right. Our service isn't a bitch who you can call to come whenever you want. If you can't pay an invoice due to money issues, we can understand, but leaving us and then come back only because of a downtime?

After getting the details from the DC, we will set up it all and then we will give you the account details. Do not worry. In 1-2 days it all should be fixed.

ok guys , but really my one customers dont want to understand any situation , Hamza i want 1 RDP customer's Refund , If RDP not solve within 1 Day Max , cause My 1 customer eating my head , and i dont want to down my Reputation or Pakdev's Reputation , Please Hamza try to solve problem within 1 day more otherwise i have to take 1 Customer's REFUND 17$ !! :(

I hope i don't need to take refund , and server UP soon and within 1 Day more !!

this time we want to make all stuff correct. It depends when the DC sends the details. If we have time, we'll install all stuff on the server tonight, else tomorrow. We are trying our best.

btw: Why are you buying a RDP for your customer? He should register at our website and buy one himself!

Now, it depends on the DC. We send many requests. They said, as already said, that the details will be delivered tonight. If they're delivered tonight, then we can start setting it up.

EVERYONE READ THIS TO MAKE YOURSELF A BIT CLEAR

Pakdevs or Hamzaisnt responsible for any of this, its the clients who forced them to take this action. You abused and misused the server with all the powers hamza gave you so now stop complaining about this stuff or that you wont be able to do this or that.
I also have 2 RDA's from hamza as we do Anime encoding and as fastest encoders we need to do all releases fastest in world to live upto reputation. Due to all the mess even we have suffered but we put a announcement on site that all releases will be a bit late and our Visitors understand that so do same if anyone of you have those reasons.

Why is this taking so long ?
Hamza aint a computer or bot, hes a living human as well + he also has a life to live and must have some real work to do as according to me $17/RDA cant make any good income to it and he must be doing it as a hobby.

The datacentres need to send new details for all new servers again for pakdevs to start work, also if DC sends those details say at midnight then do you really expect anyone to work at midnight or such time with this much brain consuming work ?
Of course not, and if you really want someone like that, then go to hostgator and buy a windows dedicated server for $170 (1GB Ram and Atom CPU) with 24x7 support

They have all details, just open ticket to get your apps installed when they are done securing and setting new servers.

Probably you will get a mail for confirmation and new details
 
It takes 15-30 minutes to get Amazon to send you details. I have opened similar server with them and setup is instantly. Is a cloud service not a server service. That means everything is done in an instant. I don't see what all this waiting has to do ANYTHING with the datacenter.

Stop blaming the users about admin rights as not all users have abused it and the way you guys word it seems like is everyones fault. Weed out those "abusive" users and go on with your service. If you cannot identify them, then I wonder how it will be when one user abuses again (with admin or w/o rights). Sorry, but is not the users fault here is the owners. Security should be though-out.

Want me to bring a server fast up and prove to you is not the "DC" taking long?
