Now i'm looking for offshore registrar.. I saw that many sites warez/streaming use Enom but dont accept paypal, only visa/master card?

example: i buying domain the host4offshore, after ending the site...

there is no offshore domain registrar all are under ICAAN maybe only some extensions are good
