Thank's for your report.
counting fixed but submit for linksbox we still haven't any solutation.
linksbox use cloudflare & use too much security that's why it's not working

We requested a rerate a few days ago with no reply, also I don't know if it's your mail server our ours but I'm not getting any mail from you.

We got your mail but can't replay for some busy sorry for that.
About your site re-rate your site submits 829 till now & for 3* rank you need 1000 submites.
So you need to wait more few days.
