You use [] and "" on title.You can use () but not [] ""
don't use ~!@#$%"^&*[]{} on title just make your title clean if there's & than change to And

will be checked.maybe server problem coz as you told you got problem almost 4 hours.I never got long time as you told sometimes i got for 1 or 2 min: when you see website not reachable click try live version after that you can use it.If you got cloudflare page after click submit than not reload that page coz on that time your content already submit you can check that on wcp if you reload that page than you content submit 2 times

Why you suddenly follow now can't follow that before permanently ban?
I already give you 3 chance.Before i ban your site permanently i ban your site temporary 3 times as a warning but you didn't got that.Sorry decision already taken.

i wasn't familiar with that issue that my saite has been warned 3 times......i saw when i found that i;m not able to submit my download at phaze bcoz my site has been blacklisted...otherwise i don't know ab8 warning....

1st time i ban your site for 3 days
2nd & 3rd time ban for 7 days
On that time you also can't submit in phaze on that time you also see your site has been blacklisted when try to submit but didn't notice that on that time.

Oh come-one don't blame hosting company :facepalm: coz when i ban your site it's up (temporary & permanent both time).Yes i tell thankz everybody also you.
A site don't meet good site only for domain name also need to take care & maintenance
