(Official) MechoDDL - Whitelist and Re-Rate

Hello all,

I would like to apologize for delay in replying. I was out of station and hence couldn't do the needful. As for the site being down, the server was moved as we had problems with DMCA. It took a little long for DNS to propagate.

Now everything is back to normal and I am back home so que and re-rates will be done daily :)
