request rerate , and you ban my site for not loading site is up all time ????

my site is first time ban due to server problem of servedome all are knew it about servedome problem.and also why increase 45 days request for re-rate ?
So kindly re-rate my site again

U have to wait watever time its there on the WCP, its a system we cant re-rate manually..

Mate, I asked for a re-rate too. Problem is I can't hit re-rate button in wcp because I can't login to wcp of mecho due to unknown issue.

^^ U think i m just giving false statements, for now onwards if the site is not loading, i will put the screenshot and give u a permanent ban then ok ?

but I can't hit re-rate button in wcp because I can't login to wcp of mecho due to unknown issue.i only check my rating through this link mechoddl.com/site/warezocean.com so i think my re-rates days is completed now its time to re-rate but i can't login to wcp:( so please re-rate it manually.
