Latest strategy for free downloaders - serve a 404 after the timeout and pop-unders, then give an "Invalid Ticket" error when page is reloaded, requiring another 3 hour wait and 2 more pop-unders.

No problem though, this will undoubtedly be fixed with the next "server upgrade" :rofl:

Afraid not. I wish my girlfriend went down as much as your servers do. Is it a load balancing issue? A matter of concurrent connections with an over-saturated connection? At least once a week for the last six weeks this has happened.
