The above error trigger.. when download the video using IDM... So that video will have the error.. until @NinjaStream fixed it... Last time while streaming it's okay. But when tried to download the streaming video using IDM .. it said same file request twice... and then in streaming show that error.. even download doesn't work.. [ THE ABOVE ERROR HAPPEN TO THE VIDEOS REQUESTED TWICE WHILE STREAMING AND TRYING TO DOWNLOAD USING IDM AT SAME TIME.. ]

Sorry for the late reply. There's currently a lot of issues happening to our service due to a bad guy trying to upload a malicious file that somehow bypasses our security and FFmpeg executes that file which lets them encrypt existing files. We have recovered most of the files by reverse-engineering the file and we're still working on it.

I don't know what the ticket system is for when it's so hard to get an answer from you guys, so I'm asking here.
If and when you will fix the problem with not counting earnings from custom domains. I haven't earned anything from 4 days. Or should I remove my domain?
