@NinjaStream is there a way to recover 10 videos that i deleted them mistakenly? because i see you don't have a way to recover deleted files, is it possible i send u my username on pm so u recover my 10 videos? waiting your answer, thank you.

There's no way to recover them since, it has been deleted to our streaming server & cold storage.
we do response to a valid abuse report. there's an abuse ticket system on our service.
