Can you send me the file that is stuck so I can check it?. We added so many details on the file so it can be traced and fix.

- Clone upload setting enable/disable to other users.

Yes it is, since some poster are being replaced due to CAPITAL letters.

Some of files were affected. But was able to recover by reencoding the original videos.

It is possible and quite easy to implement. I'll take a look at it and add it to our todo list.

what kind of problem?. may i know what video player are you using?. any screenshots?.

We use the videojs player, the player takes time to load a video and even during playback loads regularly even if the file size is small !!

It's probably using btc currency. I think you are right, I was thinking it was $ currency so I though it fee isn't that high. I guess, you could use other payment method for the meantime while I'm asking about this on our admanager. $22.74 is way too much.
