NFO viwer script ?

I just use a NFO2PNG (Well, GIF) script and it auto uploads to imageshack too :P (A friend coder, coded it for me.)
 
does anyone can share or tell me what code/script to make a site like this site? thx so much...

Here is a fully functioning ALPHA version (No Design Yet) & is great for WP & Forum NFO - TXT & DiZ Uploads as PNG's (simply right click to save to PC... No "Save As..." needed)

** I Do need some help with a PHP/mySQL Coder to launch the BETA version, there is only 1 bug with the TXT Upload - it goes off the page instead of arranging in a PHP style 'word-wrap' - and all PNG's are uploaded for Hotlinking and has a mySQL DB that offers a variety of 'Design/Development Related Features once design is complete' ***


It is not what I am after also, I am looking for the nfo.rlssource.net and nfo.rlslog.net and others that exist in the WP Scene Blogs. There must be a script out there as they are all identical basically.

I'm sure this rlssource.net (click the NFO link on the site) - this script is out there somewhere, as all the WP Blogs have the same sub-domain with a Login (type the nfo.domain.com and the login comes up, proving it is a pastebin type script using a certain UTF for NFO's - maybe??? (I'm not a PHP Coder).
