well the firt one looks well designed, very soothing to the eyes, and professional looking.

the second bascially looks like a 5 year old threw his favorites pictures on it and called it a day.

maybe if you had all those little pictures on the opposite end of the banner and left the original wording alone it would look good.

but right now as it stands its like tatooing a beautiful girl in the face.
 
Second one has too many things jumbled into it.
The text isn't distinctive on the pics.
It just seems like you just slapped them all in without any effort to make it blend.
 
just throw the extra pics on the opposite side of the banner

@ Trueno22: I can't do waht you mean:( I need to place a banner on that side.. and the left side would looks empty, wouldn't it?

What about adding some effects on the pictures?

Childish? Because of the simpson/shrek figures or what? I think it bad, but not childish at all.. please tell me if other think it's childish, cause it should look rather mature:|

the first one is better, the second one has too much going on. Over all looks really nice. The colors follow well and the box symbol looks pretty cool.

5/5 alot better then anything I can do
 
The 1st one is dull sorry to say, the second kinda makes me want to look more, not sure about the box colours contrasting so much to the background though and I think the text needs to be higher only my opinion though and 100 times better than I could ever dream of doing :)

It looks like you have crammed everything into the bottom half of the image.
the best logo's are simple and catchy, just spend more time working on it and picking up some good styles/techniques by browsing over some tutorials.
 
It actually has to be like this (left-down), because I plan to place a banner at the right.. I know that the simple logo looks better (the first logo I made), but I wanted to give it a visual touch that makes clear what kind of content you can find on the site (in this case movies).. this is never easy, I'll have to agree I guess...
For example if I have a look at your site (hotfile-zone) I can clearly see that the logo is very good, although it's simple and consists of 2 font types and 2 colors... simple = nice? I would say yes.. does it reflect the content of the site? No, rather not. That's my opinion. I'm trying to combine the two sides of the coin!:)

Of course thank you for your comment/suggestion and also many thanks to BlueWolf for the nice comment!:)

Feel free to suggest me other things, I will try to improve my logo!
