This made me laugh :D.They (Netload) were Indeed Looking for other payment alternatives.The article below is from stopfilelockers site.The Date is October 15,2013(Today).
Their Paypal was shut down again by Adult King and Co, TODAY


Netload using Paypal again, however not for long.


The can be no doubt that Cyberlockers desire the ability to process payments through Paypal. No other payment system is as trusted by consumers worldwide.
Netload was terminated by Paypal Last year after we gathered extensive evidence of their criminal behaviour.

However, it seems they did not learn from the experience of being denied Paypal, so they have decided to have another try, this time using the seemingly innocuous business name Antares Cloud Services Pte. Ltd.

However we have quickly acted to have their account terminated and they can no longer receive payments via Paypal.

We’d like to acknowledge the report provided to us via the Copy Control report piracy link which uncovered this deception by Netload.

They say you stay Risklevel 3 if orders are below 100 per month: do you think is calculated using the last 30 days or August, September, October etc?

Seems that it is based on the last three months, so you would have at least 300 orders within the last three months:
Risklevel: The risk level is calculated based on the charge back quote of your referred account during the last 90 days. The best risk level is low which stands for a very good quote. If you are new to our affiliate program or you, have below 100 orders per month you will be always rated as high. The risk level will be calculated new every day.

Reserve Amount: The reserve amount shows you how much money you have in the reserve for each time. We want to give you an example with risk level high: If you earn today 10 USD with the affiliate program, than we block: 100% during the first 15 days. 90% during the first 30 days. 80% during the first 90 days. And after 90 days we don’t block anything more because 90 days is the limit for paypal, creditcard and phone charge-backs. And if you already have earned the 10 USD 8 days ago it will be released in 82 days from now. And if you already have earned 10 USD 80 Days ago it will be released in 10 days from now.

Nevertheless it makes no change since they don't pay anything at the moment :facepalm:
