rivax this is old... Payout was rejected again!

Yesterday payout reject for the 3rd time. But today premium purchasing via Bank Transfer is working again. It was not working while payout requests where rejected. So maybe they've fixed the bank problem. Requested a payout again and will see what happens.

Recieved the money 1 week later. I send them some mails and i got it. Also a new request was paid. So all is fine, but it seems they need some days more

1. 9.50$ for every sale, no matter of the value. Also for a 2 day sale... 2. Just Bank Transfer. And payout options are only visible if you have 25$ for cashout. If you reach 25$ you can create NL Premium vouchers and if you have 50$ you can request a payout via bank transfer
