something changed in my account... from an available balance of 1440 i went down to 1416.. anyone can explain why?

i asked netload why before it was 30 days and now its 90 days.

because we had a lot of users they try to cheating us. They bought premium accounts with stolen creditcards and then
they requested a payout. They get the payout and then we get an chargeback of the initial payment. We already lost a
lot of money with this therefore we had to change it.

well, i know its shitty for a lot of users, but i guess they have to protect their business so they wont close cuz of the cheaters

So in the end 90 days just to get the money you earned now. Either that or try to lower the risk and that means getting 100 non fraud sales in a month which is tough since CC gateway is not available in quite a number of countries.

I'm understand the need for a reserve but its absurd that customer A buys a 30 day account, uses it for the 30 days duration,let it expires and yet we only can get the 80% of it some 2 months later.

there is one thing which i don't understand why do they want the money of exchanger ? i mean the 2% commision is there because u never get proper exchange rate.. so why direct bank transfer ?

waiting 90 days for payment is painful, especially waiting from netload.

and no, not just waiting, i think you have to work with them for at least 90 days

and if you don't get sales/rebills for 90 days, you know what will happen

and i still don't fully understand what's inactive users in their mind.

uploading is easy, just randomly upload a few files, LOL, then am i active users now?

or does it mean we have to get sales/rebills to be called active?
 
No need to use netload now. They just have no idea that people have started skipping this host from their website/forums.

Netload you gonna be a skipped host soon because no one is going to wait 90days to get a payment and after 90days of waiting you are still gonna charge a banktransfer fees+2%commission from us? Thats not cool netload.
 
I don't really care to much about the activity question
IF im gona bother trying to get my $ in 90 days then why not keep using them till then

but can we really expect they are even able to pay us after another 90 day of this crap
I have gone from 1-2 sales a day to nothing in 2 weeks (and im not alone)
their income is surly dropping like a stone
I suspect this 90 day thing is just to buy themselves time

but there is one thing you don't know:

there are people who run a blog/site that is dedicated to just ONE reliable host that they trust. and they must be honest to their loyal downloaders/followers.

that is probably the big reason why the site ownner get a lot of sales daily.

i bet you use a lot of file hosts at the same time, and you never have to care so much about one specific host, because you have uploaded.net, netload,extabit,rapidgator, 4 hosts for your stuffs, and you just use netload as mirror

and you don't earn much from one host, right, because you split the earnings to 4 hosts.

the pont is, there are big earners who just use one host,and they have to be sure, this host is going to be good and will stay good for long time, they can't just switch host from host every 2 months. that would hurt their long term visitors/downloaders/followers, and in this case, who's gonna buy 6-month premium account from you?

think a little bit more in your downloaders' position,that's part of the reason why you get sales.

why I have to give netload 15 euros ?
 
did anybody got sales today??....(especially those @high risk)
I got 0 sales but a decrease in the reserve amount and No change in the account balance...Don't tell me that now we have to completely decrease the reserve Quota to 0 to be able to request the payout.....??The last statement I made is just a thought...:/
