Need Windows VPS for $15

I hope someone can provide me a Windows VPS for $15 or lower per month. I am looking for the following specs:

1.5 GB RAM or higher
100 GB HDD
2 TB Bandwidth per month or unmetered
1 GBIT connection preferred or 100 MBPS

Any location will do as long as I will be allowed to download only from private trackers occasionally. The server will be used only for minimal torrent downloads and to download from Rapidshare/Netload/Letitbit.

Please pm me your offers, even if the specs will be different or even if it's a Linux VPS (I might reconsider based on the specs). Even a Windows 7 or Windows XP VPS will do if server edition is too expensive.

Btw, no 0ne can post his offers here, it's against the rules, I suggest you to go in VPS section, and take a look at the prices...

Thanks for the suggestions, cvrle77 and First-Dragon. I modified my first post to reflect a more realistic specification. I could not edit the thread title so I'm requesting the moderators to please change the price to "$15". I can be flexible on whatever specification is available at this price range.
 
i have an OVH dedi KS-2G that i dont need any more, it's on a Win Server 2008 Std R2 (details below). i asked the provider and agreed to transfer it to another account.

invoice is unpaid so it's up to you to pay once it's transferred.

where from u bought it? dedifrance?
 
Thanks for all the suggestions. I actually managed to get one Kimsufi 2G server from OVH directly (around $23) so I will be using that for a month before trying the other suggested providers here.

Hi- What are the full specs on this? $24 USD per month?

do your homework before you actually make you purchase, check ping speed , download speed, SLA cause that will all matter.
