Yeah, my VPS is also down. I already told them in my previous post that they should host their website somewhere else where there is at leat 99% availability every month so that we can contact them whenever there are issues like this. I think this downtime will last again for more than a week...

So why is your website down for more than a week now? Can you not even host it in a cheap VPS server from another provider so that people will not think that you are already closed and ran away? You should put even just an announcement or banner in your website that you are fixing everything...

leto12, what is your plan about our VPS? Your website and our VPS are still offline until now after more than 5 days. We can't even open a ticket so you can fix our VPS. Please advise how I can get a refund since I paid you in advance for my VPS.

Virtubox.fr is still offline as well as my VPS after more than 72 hours. Where are you leto12?

Is it just me or virtubox.fr is really down? My VPS is offline and I can't start it in vSphere Web Access and now I can't open a ticket either.

Aside from downloading our files via TeamViewer, how can we download from the VPS if we want to install IIS or Apache since it does not have a dedicated IP address? Or if I want to set up an FTP server, how is that gonna work?

Is this "[Budget HD Seed] 100 GB Windows VPS Account" really a VPS account or just a shared VPS among a number of users? Because I am wondering why it is accessible via TeamViewer only. Can we install our own programs then such as Apache, FileZilla FTP Server, etc.?

I have your WindowsSmall plan and I just noticed here that the advertised burst RAM is up to 1 GB. How is this implemented in Windows? I can only see a hard limit of 512 MB on my Windows VPS.

This is really becoming a joke! Almost 4 days of downtime with no resolutions so far. All I receive from are emails asking if I want them to re-provision my VPS, if I have personal backups, etc. All of the emails are questions and does not address my issues. I really feel sorry for renting 3 VPS...
