Shared Need Webhosting Asap!! Shared or VPS

I need web hosting asap. Once again my current host has went to crap again! I need about 180 GB of storage and atleast 5TB of bandwidth. USA or Netherlands hosting I dont care it just needs to be reliable. ALL FILES are legal there not warez. I DON`T consume much CPU as there just downloads no scripts.

I`ll need to host 5 sites 1 being the domain that needs the most and the rest are just plain HTML sites.

I prefer shared hosting because its much more simple. But Might consider VPS my price cant go over $20
