need help regarding wordpress.

Hello Guys,
I want to build a website. I am planning to buy domain and hosting from KnownSRV and a theme from wordpress.
I just want to ask whether I can edit the wordpress theme if I have very little knowledge of CSS and HTML? Is there any tools or plugins for it?

Wordpress included a theme editor in which you just need to know how to edit simple html if you are just going to change things like text or css.

If you are planning to make a new theme then you would more likely need to learn better html and css to know how to code it correctly.
