Yeah, I admit he should of atleast let him get his backups, if he stated that he didn't have them. It's in their TOS yeah but it's abit harsh. Anyway, after the first suspension he should have moved.
 
x Tempz x stop it man :| he suspended my account ? comeone man do u want to see each and every log of my messenger ? if my account was ever suspended then i should have contacted him via messenger that why my account is suspended and all that or a support ticket ? or are u telling me that u suspended my account without telling me and u also (unsuspend) enabled my account without telling me ?

Anyway, why would he screenshot daily processes of you using the most? There ain't any need to, what they say goes. Anyway I can't 100% back the guy as I have no idea of the stuff.

It'd be easier if you just email'd him, and waited for him to email you if you can't talk to him on MSN for some reason.

would u suspended a account without telling the user and also (unsuspend) enabled the account without telling the user ?

well please kindly stop acting like u did nothing and about the proof thing we also have no proof that the guy who owned mywarezhost is'nt the owner of smokehost !

Look you can prove this once and for all If you still have access to the vps and you check the previous days on Daily Process Log, screenshot it, and prove or disproved this argument once and for all.

Still he should have taken a backup for the client when he terminated no matter what the tos said, but its not really your fault, if you brought MyWarezHost after this all happened.
 
Okay,

I'll get the owner to post transaction proof of payments going through the accounts. They'll be here within 12 hours :). And I wouldn't do that, (Suspend than unsuspend without telling you). But then again everybody has different views on things. Maybe it wasn't the right thing to do, I never said it was.

I never had access to it, need to wait for Deep to come online later today.
