Jamie - These servers are in France. OVH Basically. Windows 2008 is free with all servers. We will use our licence. Our NL Range will be added to the site shortly.

When ordering, I see no options to upgrade/purchase additional bandwidth. OVH has an excessive bandwidth pricing of about 1euro/tb in blocks of 2TB. Do you guys offer the same upgrade pricing? Just interested in knowing, as these servers will be a good start for a new project I have in the works at the moment

Yes all of the servers we offer are Full Duplex. All Popular Servers come with Standard 100 Mbps SLA Bandwidth. There are some Kimsufi servers offered in our ranges, correct
