your partner even said I would be able to acquire it once it expired at the beginning of September :|
 
Just sell him domain name, your247host. It's unprofessional and not like you can do something with it when there is stable site using .com domain -_-
 
It's very easy to get a domain stolen. It happens a lot.

No more personal comments. Bids only or genuine sales related questions please from now on maybe with the exception of Sandin0 for obvious reasons. Don't want it turning into a drama thread.

no worries, I won't get off topic -- I don't want to get into it again with this domain for like the 100th time with him again.

Anyways ubaid, am I going to get the domain or not, I believe I am the "highest" bidder as I'm not going any higher than 10. (since the only reason you REregistered the domain was to sell it to me for a higher price!).
 
Sandinos domain was stolen, Let em by it back its not worth anything more than $10

Since you have it its kinda funny in a way as if you we're attempting to i dunno make fun of his company :s

And didn't you notice "your247host" and "my365host" -- opposites ???!
 
look, the domain was not stolen, if you still belive it was, please explain to me how? .. other then that, no i will not be expecting 10$ .. especialy not from you, the domain is not intended to mock your website in any mannor, The page currently displayed on the website, is a holding page untill the sale of the website goes through.

your247host - Your actions in this case are very immature, buying another hosts name is one thing as long as it is brought with good reason, e.g. to stop someone like a scammer who could use the domain to scam people, in which case it would be offered to the host in question for cost price. (maybe Sandino would have given you a few dollars to thank you for registering/recovering it for him)

It is clear to me your interest and intentions in this name are for bad faith purposes
1) You are refusing to hand to the rightful owner of the brand (ok its not really a true brand), your comment being "especialy not from you,"
2) Putting messages which redirect them to your host, should someone accidently type .net, is unprofessional. This Domain is owned by Your247host. For better hosting Click Here"
3) It appears to me your reasons for registering this name where clearly to mock Sandino.

These actions are very unprofessional and just goes to highlight the unprofessional nature of some of the hosts here, which is another one of the reasons i would never go with any host advertised on wjunction.

I do hope you reconsider and act professional in this case, please also note i am in no way biased and i have had no dealing what so ever with Sandino, before you claim i am in anyway biased.

I'm sure many will agree that it is not worth more than 10.
it's pretty much a worthless domain :S
