Y i don't know compared to other sites my site is very slow

my present page load

Report from ALEXA "Very Slow (3.887 Seconds)"

What ever info u want from my site i will give u please , help me guys

i hope i see (1.500 Seconds) soon with the help of u guys :)

Do You Adjust High Resolution Logo or Big Banner on Your Forum??? & It Contains, 1 MB Space if so there is big reason for slow forum, usually peoples forget the images load because of beauty & Design, if there is no image & still heavy website, Opimize it, & you know wats the problem,

check alexa where the location and your server where the location

if alexa at USA and your site same at usa meybe you need do modification, but if your site on german, nl this will be diffrent speed effect becouse alexa check speed global and they compare all site

My server is Netherlands bro , My host is also good no problem from their side

I am using VBSEO , VBSHOUT PRO , REPUTATION SYSTEM

Even This Site WJ has them even thought it's really fast to me

wj is uk dc your site nl dc when alexa check then speed more fast wj,
how many site on the world hosted at us dc ..how many small site wtf you change you will be not faster with site use html page...this diffrent load speed between forum and site use html.... alexa check page load not server speed don't make it same web and forum speed load.. so many criteria
 
Pingdom have a page speed tester at http://tools.pingdom.com/

Stick your URL into that page and you'll see whats causing the performance problem. Once you know that then you can tackle it.

If its large graphics, crunch them; if its the PHP then look at using EAccelerator or even something like Varnish to improve performance.

how about you actually check what is taking so long to load on your site instead of relying on alexa? :facepalm:

ever heard of www.gtmetrix.com ?

and if your shared hosting is slow. then hmmm hmmm?

^^ I would recommend you to test your website on GTMetrix.com and link us to the report so that we may analyze it. Also what is the load average ? Using ssh try uptime, top, free -m and show the results.
