Apologies I was busy with Christmas. I notice from your screenshots you posted that you have one unread message. You should check this message as they usually contain info if Google has problems with your site. I'm guessing this message contains useful info on the problem. If that doesn't have an info you'll have to send a reconsideration email to them.

do this step for submit RSS you must active external data provider becouse your rss not active check this >> http://onlinehindustan.com/external.php?type=RSS2 not found

>> admincp >> setting > option> external data provider
Enable External Javascript = yes
Enable RSS Syndication = yes
Enable XML Syndication = yes

now active yor sitemap : befor chamod 777 folder store_sitemap at your public_html after that go to
admincp > setting > option > XML Sitemap >> Enable Automatic Sitemap Generation = yes

Follow this build sitemap xml menu at admincp >>> see left menu at down
find menu >> XML Sitemap >> Manage Content Priority you can use default pririty or need change what first priority crawl by spider

next see menu rebuild sitemap

now if all okey go to your google webmaster panel submit your rss and sitemap

>> RSS : http://onlinehindustan.com/external.php?type=RSS2 <<< you can do like this or submit by forum section rss ( check the forum section rss link before)

then next goto sitemap setting menu see crwal Configuration> setting >>Crawl rate >>Set custom Crawel rate >> incrase the rate until 30% - max 50%

and next
change your robots.txt permission

this my friend site (forum) see this the index with followed the steep
Submitted URLs 72,728
62,905 URLs in web index

and this my site (DLE) index by google
Submitted URLs 872
831 URLs in web index

+90% indexing

Well this happend to my website for 1-2weeks like it wouldnt show up on bing or google or anything! :'( so its kinda common I would say
