He is a complete WEIRD moron. This idiot sits outside his house all day starting and stopping his junk ass 1977 truck that doesn't have a muffler .
What would posses someone to run their vehicle all day in the driveway?
He starts it lets it run for 5 minutes then turns it off. Then starts it back up.
This shit goes on 12 - 16 hours a day
I can only conclude that hes he a fucking retard

I considering on going outside and smacking him in the face for being so stupid and annoying

If he doesnt go anywhere then its more then likely hes trying to keep the engine from gumming up. Or he could possibly trying to "repair" his vehicle. :| Not discounting its odd but why does it really matter ?

Have you ever heard a vehicle without a muffler? Not ony do you hear it but you feel it. It vibrates everything and is loud as hell.
