Well considering his 15 and he accidentally downloaded it, they should give him a slap on the wrist. But my god will the judge give a hardcore speech to him to scare the crap out of him. His 15, he did it by mistake, he will just get a warning. But boys will be boys.

Actually, that does make sense but child porn is illegal and illegal to flim. Doesn't matter what age you are when download it, you will still get into trouble.
 
I doubt anything will happen to "John", he's under age so his parents will get the blame. It's a bit stupid of him to go on porn on a school laptop.

But John will probably face a suspension. Anything more would be erased from his record when he reaches 18 years of age.

Please re-think that lol So I'm 23. If I go to a child porn site it is child porn. But, if I send a 15 year old to the same site the people in the pics change to over 18 by your thinking? no....they do not

it may happen in adult prison due to boredom and people acting out, but it's not as extreme as the myths goes. butt raping has been brought up multiple times in this thread, and it happens less than then from each prison.

but it most definitely doesn't happen in juvi. 16 year olds sticking their dicks in each other at that age is extremely, extremely unlikely, especially with the living environments. in adult prison they give you your space and free time. in juvi, you don't have that much luxury.
 
oh no not in juvi lol Juvi is just extremely violent. A lot more so then real adult prison. Kids there are looking to make a name for themselves.
 
i read all your replies..first of all you didn't mention in which country "john" live.but At the most countries john would receive 3-5 years with suspension cause he is not over 18,,but i can't talk about his parents,,,but i think they fucked up!!...

Naked pics of other school kids go round our school loads and the teachers dont care unless parents get involved. Anyway how retarded is he for watching porn on a school laptop? :S

He'll probably just get a fine or something. I doubt any jury is going to find a kid guilty of watching child porn by accident, and I doubt any judge will give him a custodial sentence :S
