AltusHost was in same situation 2 years ago and their reputation here was sinked. But I was amazed to find them back again here.

Thanks for this! Does anyone think it was because their WHMCS got hacked plus DDoS? :unsure:

I am looking for a new host. Once I saw the packages I am almost ready to buy, but I seem to be looking around at a good time I guess to see any problems.

I guess no one would recommend them now, huh? :|

Interesting how their primary site altushost.com keeps working but others being down. They still have not answered my sales questions although they could be busy fixing everyone's problems :))
 
Its now 48 hrs but no reply from billing, from this you may get an idea that how good their after sales service is...:p
