i bought this program & i dont know how it work

i mean ..
- where & how can i add more forums
- where i can wright titles of my topics
- this side which with yellow color . what this ?

Top left corner of the application you can see by the picture "Add/Remove Forum(s)"
in there you can add more forums.. its kinda self explanatory.. just explore it bro..
