Menu Drop Down Is Broken

When you get your mouse courser anywhere close to the top of the forum the menu just keep flashing the drop down is just annoying altogether just remove it

I thought I had never had the problem, I clicked away from the page & the huge forumlist box was there flashing away.

Yup, I've experienced it too. Very annoying.




While your at it, PLEASE fix the chatbox!!!
When you load the page, the chatbox takes you to the 2nd from last post. Not the last post, so you always have to scroll down to see what the latest post is.
This is a problem that I reported like 2 years ago lol. Well, so long ago that I can't even find my post about it in the bugs area.

I suggest moving the drop-down to the logo on the fixed bar, so we have access to all sub-forums more easily.

Just make not even drop down untill you click on forums
