Reward system has been "Under renovation" for quite awhile. Before that it wasn't an attractive host for uploaders who were in it for the money anyways.
I think he is trying to say if you include megaupload links in your threads on WarezBB you will get paid, Not from MU but from other links since MU attracts a fan base which will also lead to downloads of your other links.
