Looking for the best video streaming hosts

Hi,
please tell me which are the best video streaming hosts.

MY "must have" list of features is:

1. fast streaming (no lagging what so ever)
2. great video quality (for example sockshare, promptfile, videowood.tv)
3. embeding options
4. no banned European countries

I'm already using sockshare, videowood, videomega, played.to (pretty bad pic quality), streamin.to, promptfile, vodlocker.

Because of the bad quality (too much compression) i have already left vidbull.com
