Looking for non-adult ad networks for mobile redirects

[mobilepublish]

I have 50,000-100,000 mobile visitors on my website per day, and I am looking for non-adult ad networks for redirecting visitors on eCPM basis that would take them no-questions-asked. Juicyads has great eCPM ($3-5), but I am looking for a reliable non-adult network that buys mobile traffic. I have tried Exoclick, but their eCPM is a ridiculously low $0.2. Zeropark is ok but has a very low fill rate (7 times lower than JuicyAds), as well as Mobicow. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. I also promise a reward through PayPal if any of the suggestions turns out to be profitable. 80% of my traffic comes from US, followed by UK and Canada.
