One that isn't bombarded with a bunch of ads and force downloads. If so, I'm not interested.

They must also allow porn - I get about 2500 video views each day with my current host (so I'm looking for a host for me to make my second mirror that would also alternate between my current host) My top 5 countries I bring are USA, Brazil, Turkey, Indonesia, and Italy.

Someone reputable too and can be used for mobile

I'm currently working with Streamin.to - they payrate is lower than the other video hosts, but it's still a great host.

Please have in mind that you will never find a video host with few ads. They have to earn money to pay you, that's why they are packed with advertising.

It's annoying, I know, but that's how the money roll in.
 
I've tried streamin.to - they don't count views from the Philippians - While I don't have a lot of viewers from there (around 500 visitors each day) it still ads up.

Then again I'm only looking for a second host to provide a mirror to (if for some reason the current host I'm using doesn't work for that user)

Gifthost says No Adult films plus their rates are really low.
V-Vids I have tried in the past - but their payscale seems a little weird to me.

You need to decide if you want high affiliate rates, or less ad. There are also hosts who are trying to offer lesser ads to make the end user happy, but their rates are also lower
