They get paid for productive work. Answering to queries such as the ones pointed in this thread, do not count as pay. They're putting up with them in the hopes of getting a customer (since most of these goofs are 'appearing' to be legit during the start)... Else they have instructions to quit immediately on any sign of goof.

They might come on and make a thread regarding about this. Than the admins will be pissed, and wJunction will be known as a bad place. wJunction is already losing reputation because of this silly things. They know you come from wJunction from meta tags and referral.
