- didn't notice the picstash alexa, but I'm biased to it since I used to own the domain :p
- cant add you because of the cloudflare. They save a ton of resources and when they delete you because of the image hosting, your server will probably crash for all I know. It's a bad idea getting used to them because you're not allowed to use their services according to the TOS

I'm the affiliate manager and we have recently redesigned the whole site (it's a custom website coded from scratch by a team of badass ninjas! )
We have cash rewards for members, we allow both adult and family-friendly, and only take down images when we receive a legal takedown request with written signature (meaning, we ignore all the "fake" and invalid DMCA takedown notices, all your images will last for a long time on our host)
Current rates are as high as 3$/1000 for Tier 1 countries, and we have several unique features
For example site owners can get a percentage of the income, and they can decide the amount of ads served
Premium members also get FTP upload with automatic .zip and .rar extraction, auto-creation of albums based on your directory structure, auto-reupload of DMCAd images with a single click and a forum re-poster tool where you can just paste your "old" forum post and it will return an updated one with the URLs of the re-uploaded images

i use lulzimg and imgkeep
but have full backup or unshared link in photobucket
Note:
during the server down of lulzimg(due to report of child porn), then only i realised backup is more important, so now i have backup in stable place

I have been using imgur.com. It allows adult images. The uniqueness is drag and drop facility for single/multiple images. I have used many others and taking into consideration lulzimg also, I will rate imgur the best. You will be addicted to it !
