Well I'm sorry if I'm mistaken, but you (nihalZ) had copied Dman's vBulletin Link Checker Bot. You just did some minor changes to his script and then posted on many forums and took the credits. I had compared your LC Bot & Dman's LC Bot script, they were almost matching, the variables, the format, etc.
So, is this your OWN script ? or did you modified someone else's ?

meaning i have tried to free up memory wherever and whenever i can...previously for ipb2 i used to use the built-in ipb functions to do various things but didn't realize that that was causing memory to keep allocating and eventually max out...in this one i do everything manually

well every mod i ever wrote was from scratch...they may look similar, as you say, but i didn't modify his script nor did i take credit for something which i didn't do

I was just about to install this Mod, but then I read the Description, here is what it says:

Description: Scans specified forums for dead links from specified file hosts. Adds a reply and moves the topic to the appropriate forum if required.

I do not want the Mod to Move the Topic .. All I want it to do is Report the Topic to the Report Center

Will this Mod do this ?
