Thanks for the offer. The support people checked things out for me and pretty much determined the VPS is fine but my local isp is causing my speed issues. I borrowed a friend's VPN, logged into an NYC node and could max out my downsteam speed at home. If I try without the VPN I get 20-30K/sec even when I have multiple files downloading with Filezilla. And if I didn't mention it before I have my VPS setup as a seedbox.

What options do I have if I wanted to move to another server?

Speed is still pretty poor to my home network. Can I get moved to another server and if I do will I get to keep the 150GB of storage that I currently have? Or get a test account on one of the NL servers to see if that is any better?
