Chems, PM me with your MSN or something and I'll help you fix this. You don't need to reinstall the OS and all that BS. Why lose data when you can fix an issue easily?
He said that support was offline for the last three days.
But today they came online and removed his log files as I suggested to him first.
And yes, certain problems are solved most quickly by reinstalling the OS. But of course that's not always the most common solution. But he had very little files. And reboots didn't work.
Thank you both for your smartass remarks though. Lifetalk and Anantgupta .. is it coincidence or just bad luck I always have to face these two geezers.
