2. You are asking for private informations, that are none of your business, as a filehost.
3. You aren't free for join.
4. You are using .cc domain. ??
5. You are using gmail email, instead of domain email.

Just one advise to users here - use some brains before choosing a filehost. Just dont start jumping in because they claim to pay in their threads. You will definitely end up crying in the end.
