Not vacation.

Thats typical K2S support unfortunately and the main reason I dropped that host long ago and changed everything to another host.

BUT if you want to get in touch with them just let your stats drop and you will get a mail like the one below.....

I wonder how many of the top earners go this kind of offer for better rates :D

Whats going on, i didn't get an email to confirm my payment request?

It says "new" but not pending, as there was no email....

I have the same problem one week ago, and k2k not resolve the problem with the email confirmation, if u have ur payment in new and its not cancelled, u receive the payment tomorrow

in my case more than 1k monthly + storage lower than 2 TB with 80+% green files (Files which were downloaded or uploaded in the last 30 days)

And I have 7 rank and several times 8 rank

I did not read it anywhere.

My stats have become so bad they contact me to offer me better rates lol.

When I contact them for affiliate matters they just ignore it, thats why I changed host long ago.

I just wonder how many of you guys that have rank 7 or so get emails from K2S to offer you better rates.

Why would I go for rank 7 if I can get better rates by having bad stats :D
 
Is there any setting in moneyplatform, so that avi,wmv etc files wont be converted automatically to mp4 in the filemanager?

Jeff, can you help me with this?
