This page keeps appearing over and over again. Whenever it appears, it causes files that are being uploaded to fail just as they are about to finish, or it prompts me to complete a human verification before the upload can succeed.
As a result, when I upload several files at the same time and the uploads take a certain amount of time, such as more than 20 minutes, the files that are nearly finished will fail to upload. If I don't keep an eye on it, I may come back the next day and find that all of the uploads have failed.
I have to constantly monitor the uploads and repeatedly complete the verification just to make sure the files I am uploading can finish successfully.

Downloaders:
September 3: All lifetime accounts were locked, unblocked after a few days.
September 26: All account passwords were changed, resolved with verification emails.
September 28: All account passwords were changed, lifetime accounts were locked (even if you successfully changed your password).
Uploaders:
September: Katfile payment delays, exceeding 50 days, and no response to any payment-related inquiries.
September: Frequent obstacles encountered when uploading files.
Katfile customer service response was slow, taking at least two days, or even longer, or no response at all.
Negative discussions about Katfile on various forums increased significantly.
Katfile's frequent underhanded tactics have led to a significant drop in its trustworthiness.

API upload still not working

API is working now but cannot login in the browser as I immediately get rate limited and temporarliy banned
I use "Password Recovery", but after setting a new account password, it shows that it has been ban by the administrator.
It ended up looking like this:
Function is temporarily blocked due to too frequent password changes until next month.
Please help. What's going on?

Katfile has became shaddy asf… I don’t get what is going on the owner’s mind… what is pissing me off is that they don’t want to recognize when they take bad decisions, because is always our problem and we’re exagerating… literally they treat us like clowns and trash…
But the fault is ours, if each of us would stop using them, their service will bankrupt in few months… i’m sure only in that case they will start to improve their service and quality and try to make their customers and partners happy.
I can no longer receive the password-reset email for my original account one8. The associated original email address was robinoshima@gmail.com, which is now invalid. My current available email address is 645669676@qq.com. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I've noticed more and more people are stopping uploading, so I've followed suit and temporarily stopped uploading files until the situation improves.
At least I can't be an accomplice to scammers, and they must pay on time.
Making money is important, but integrity comes first.

Stop complaining. The only real downside of Katfile is the delay between requesting a payout and receiving the payment. Otherwise, it would be a perfect file host.

45 days payment cycle is LONG, at least it has a fix date for payment, uploaders know when they will get payment.
Unfortunately, the situation changes, I already waited for 45 days, the payment is still PENDING. The Katfile management, PLEASE come out, and tell people when will you pay? at least give us some hope.......
