Dude, if you want to let users test the service before they purchase premium, you let them download a generic testfile with full speed - you don't sell uploaders file(s) without crediting their account.
If it's as you say, you should limit each account to buying only one file. Otherwise, when you discover significant losses, you'll still remove the $1 per file trial. Think about it yourself.
