What is max size videos can be and how long are videos stored without views??

Uploaded speed is kinda slow I am getting 525k my max upload speed is 1.3mbs

I uploaded a video yesterday and it has already deleted I guess the admin does not like to see videos without any views 24hrs come on that is super fast.
