Alipak I'm not a photoshop pro. A flash Banner I have never done before I only do Animation for logo's.

I don't understand why you want a banner on the right and a logo on the left. it won't look right.

please logo on left as you said :). if can not do flash . animation will be good :).

well Honestly what you could do is just have a logo with a background effect but position the logo to the centre on your website so it doesn't look empty.
