Is youtube likes really works?

I think he is referring to Youtubers possibly paying people to like their videos. Videos with higher likes have a higher chance of being noticed and featured.. I think it's also used for others things, for example alot of bad ratings compared to good will flag a Youtube admin.

Youtube likes/views works same way as fb/twitter ones if and only if they are legit. Bot likes wont do any good for your business.

It's true but not much effective.Some people just do that just to gain people's attraction about the video.
