Yes you can enable direct downloading by removing any download pages for that user type. This is configurable in the admin area.

Remove the site IMMEDIATELY. You are using a nulled copy. Unless it's removed within the next 24 hours we'll contact your host with a request for suspension of your hosting account. In addition we'll seek compensation for illegally downloading the software. Please advise.
