On old katzforums too many people simply scammed other members and even did it just for the laugh because they never gave the prize to the winner/s. Only people that should be allowed to hold any similar contests in my personal view is the staff.

Your thread was closed because you asked people to register to your site in return for participating in the contest. It isn't exactly a "giveaway" if you ask for a favor in return.

It's more than obvious that you're not allowed. If you were allowed your first thread wouldn't be closed.
