Not sure, but I think earth-host is an onshore host. However, I think its fine if its warez linking, if they have complains from DMCA they'd just notified you to take it down, but hosting warez may not be safe though, they'd suspend your account I think. :S

Well, nowhere is ever safe, however Warez Linking/Hosting is illegal in USA, it's up to the ISP/Datacenter to how they handle requests and the results will vary, in most if not all cases sooner or later the sites will eventually move offshore.

its safe if u know the right people thats it for ex i have a warez hosting server on canada still up but yea , it all depends from the DC and your connections as far as earth-host goes it is safe but no we wont host any warez site there unless its people i know

yeah its safe to host warez linking site, just have DMCA page and answer those type emails daily+delete content requested.
