Adbrite is not very strict with warez. I've never heard anyone gets banned from them. Just add your website, wait for them to approve. If you got approved then there's nothing to worry about.

But they do not have 100% fillrate, you'll have to wait for advertisers to book ads spots on your sites. There is run-of-network ads, but seldom.

Tried Exoclick and got many viruses reports then I removed them

Juicy ads are not good as they are based on selling the ads.
Its good if you have a high traffic site else do not use it.

Black Label Ads are good for a low traffic porn site and there pay per click program is good as they pay decently
