I never said you hate a control panel, i am talking about the tone in which you wrote the above message, read it again and you'll see it too.

So you can say with absolute certainty, that there will be no other feature in this control panel other than the ones shown in the 3 pictures?It is not possible for the developers of this program to change anything or add additional functions? If you can judge an application by a picture so clearly than you my friend are the smartest person alive.
 
I think it's a wonderful idea. And for all those who are "hating" you're not. You're simply putting such a large amount of negativity into it, that you aren't even giving it the light of day. If you took any video game in it's development stages, you'd see a bunch of half ass 3D models AND a lot of features wouldn't work. Yes, I do agree that this is a simple project from what I can see. But it adds a CLEAN look(Very nice) and it provides the basics to someone who may not be able to use command line to execute even those simple commands. So yea, I think it's a good idea. It has good potential. And I look forward to what it can do.

I kindly request everyone to ignore some people in this thread. They aren't even replying for BoxCP, but for some other reasons the public may not know. :))

We are waiting for suggestions.

Looks good from looking at the screenshot.

If you can incorporate most of the features that cPanel/DirectAdmin have it could very well be a popular CP.
 
Meh, as they said it's still in Beta stages, I'd gladly pay $5 to try it for a month, new products are exciting to try, keep developing it and set me a PM when its ready. Would love to try it.
 
This is a pre-release announcement thread that only contains some very, very basic information about the panel. For development status and to suggest features, etc you can visit the url in the OP.

Closed until such time as the software is actually released.
